This Retainer Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the client and Abbas Ghods Immigration Services, Inc. (AGIS)—contact details: +1 647-500-1833, info@agcanadavisa.ca
The Client(s) has requested AGIS, an ICCRC member, to arrange a one-time 45-minute phone, in-person, or video consultation to evaluate their situation and provide professional advice on Canadian Immigration Regulations.
AGIS agrees to:
Schedule a consultation for the RCIC to assess the Client(s) case.
Review the Client(s)' situation under current Canadian Immigration Law and Policy and assist in selecting the most appropriate application category.
Provide relevant information about Canadian Immigration Regulations and address the Client(s)' questions within the 45-minute consultation limit.
Confidentiality:
All information provided by the Client(s) to AGIS will remain confidential and will be shared only with AGIS staff and contractors.
No Commitment:
Initial interviews, phone calls, and emails do not establish a client-counsel relationship or make AGIS the client’s representative.
Any information provided by AGIS before a formal retainer agreement is a general explanation of the Law and Regulations and should not be used for self-represented applications.
If the Client(s) chooses to proceed with their application without RCIC supervision and a proper retainer agreement, AGIS is not responsible for the outcome.
No Coercion or Undue Influence:
The Client(s) acknowledges the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice and chooses to execute this agreement voluntarily, without undue influence or coercion.
By signing, the Client(s) confirms understanding of all terms and conditions and has had the opportunity to review them before signing.
Agreement Confirmation:
The Client(s) may choose to have this agreement reviewed by another legal adviser or RCIC before signing.
To proceed, the Client(s) must fill out the online consultation request form, and pay the consultation fee as outlined in this agreement, agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Validation:
The Client(s) acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to be bound by this Agreement's terms, with independent legal advice and translation obtained as deemed necessary.
The Client(s) also acknowledges requesting that the Agreement be written in English.
